Left palm faces up - high
Right palm facing downwards - low
Body slightly slanting to the left

Watch low right hand with eyes
Hands come to centre of body, right palm facing back, left facing forward
Right hand goes up to forehead, palm facing out, left is down to left side, breathing out

Turn waist back to front left arm circling high and back breathing out
Eyes watching left hand
Right hand, palm facing out stays in front of forehead, for whole movement
Feels majestic like a big stalk stretching one wing

Raise Hands Step Up, White Crane Cools Its Wing, Brush Knee. Five repetitions of these movements from the Wu 108 Slow form, filmed from front and back view to help my students to learn the movements.

Left hand brushes over the top of left knee
Second brush knee no step
Step up, right hand brush right knee
Step up, left hand brush left knee

Turn waist / arms to right
Shift forward to left leg, turn body to front
Step up, hands in the centre
