Turn Body Hammer, Kick, Fighting Tiger Posture Five repetitions of these movements from the Wu 108 Slow form, filmed from front and back view to help my students to learn the movements.


Part right leg, open hands
Hands & leg back to middle

Push both hands down, breathing in
Left leg forward
Circle both fist up to the centre of your body breathing out
Elbows lower then fists, knuckles turned inwards
Eyes watching both hands

Turn body, spin full
Right heal kick
