Touch right heal, leg no weight
left hand touching right wrist
Eyes watching hands

Hands pass each other as if brushing a horses mane, even gentle movement
Right hand scoops down breathing in, left hand to right shoulder
Left hand goes down to left side, right hand comes up to right, breathing out
Arms parted by gentle turning of waist
Eyes watching low left hand

right hand forward,
left to side, both shoulder height


Left wrist facing towards body, body circles arm from right to left, breathing out
Left wrist facing down, body circles arm form left to right, breathing in
Left wrist facing away from body, body circles arm from right to left, breathing out
Eyes following left hand

Right wrist facing towards body, body circles arm from left to right, breathing out
Right wrist facing down, body circles arm form right to left, breathing in

Hand movement is controlled by the turning of the waist, not shoulder
Watching the right hand moving with your eyes
Gentle like a small bird is sitting on your palm and you don’t want to disturb it

Left hand moves from right to left, breathing in
Left hand turns at end of movement, breathing out
Follow left hand with eyes
Relaxed like slowly cracking a whip
