Left hand stays high, right hand scoops to left, breathing out
Eyes watching left hand
Right hand stays high, left scoops up to right, breathing in
Eyes watching right hand
Left hand crosses over right, breathing out<
Eyes looking forward
Movements lite, like drawing clouds

Left hand moves from right to left, breathing in Left hand turns at end of movement, breathing out
Follow left hand with eyes
Relaxed like slowly cracking a whip

Hands circle over head, don't look up with head
Eyes watching straight ahead, sink weight back into right leg
Whole body sinks down, keep body upright, arms parelel with ground

Left leg up: right hand low, left hand high, left leg up, sole turned in
Suppoting leg slighlty bent, sink into it
Cloud Hands, Lower Posture, Golden Cock Five repetitions of these movements from the Wu 108 Slow form, filmed from front and back view to help my students to learn the movements.

Weight stays on front leg, back leg straight
Hands change, low hand brushes over knee of forward leg knee
Top hand spirals, pushing forward until slight tension appears at bottom of palm, breathing out
Eyes watching top hand


Arms together, left palm up, right palm down
Separate hands, like a flying swallow, left hand and arm goes up diagonally
Right hand and arm goes down diagonally, breathing out
Eyes watching right hand
Strong and accurate feeling, like a small sparrow flying sideways

Watch low right hand with eyes
Hands come to centre of body, right palm facing back, left facing forward
Right hand goes up to forehead, palm facing out, left is down to left side, breathing out

Turn waist back to front left arm circling high and back breathing out
Eyes watching left hand
Right hand, palm facing out stays in front of forehead, for whole movement
Feels majestic like a big stalk stretching one wing


Left hand brushes over the top of left knee
Sink back hands play guitar
Golden Cock, Repulse Monkey, Slanting Flying, White Crane, Brush Knee Five repetitions of these movements from the Wu 108 Slow form, filmed from front and back view to help my students to learn the movements.
