The lessons are ordered according to the Wu style 108 Tai Chi movement list. Each lesson takes three to four movements in order and studies them starting at movement 1 to 108. Select the appropriate lesson that you wish to study by using the movement list under each lesson heading to identify where you are up to in the form. If you are new to Wu style tai chi then click on lesson 1 and begin there. **Understanding Basic Posture - How to get the most out of your Wu Tai Chi posture**
1. Preparation Posture - feet parallel, chin tucked under, pelvis tilted under, chest out, palms back. Begin - wrists up, elbows down, wrists by your side sinking down

2. Beginning Tai Chi - feet parallel, chin tucked under, pelvis tilted under, chest out, palms back. Begin - wrists up, elbows down, wrists by your side sinking down
3. Hands Play Guitar - left hand, foot forward, turn, right hand, foot forward
4. Grasping Birds Tail - from left side to right side, then push to cnr, hook right hand
